Graphology is a complete examination and evaluation of behavior and personality of one’s inner-self using handwriting samples. As our behavior and personality changes rapidly according to circumstances, so one cannot exactly understand and guess the 100 percent correct results. This is the result you cannot ask a person to write a sentence and tell everything related to the person’s personality. For absolute analysis, many handwriting samples over some months are required.
Graphology is most probably the fastest way by which one can learn about other’s behavior. This method quickly reveals many things viz. your character, intellect, emotions, reliability, physical ability, self-awareness, attraction towards some material or sports or some kind of art etc. But certain human beings are complex from the point of view of emotions. If after analyzing the handwriting samples any Graphologist says that the person concerned is “very emotional”, then that statement is a relative one. Also, one’s emotions vary rapidly with situations. The point that the person is very emotional signifies that the person is very emotional most of the time.
This technique is very useful for recruiters while recruiting people as there employees. Companies now a days hire Graphologists for the analysis required. One cannot rely only on a short meeting with a person during interviews. To analyze the traits and characteristics of a person in a reliable manner, graphology is the most economic way.
Handwriting reveals what the mind thinks. It all begins with a thought in the mind. The mind or brain then co-ordinates the central nervous system, which in turn directs our hands and fingers to write. No two handwritings are the same as we can say in case of fingerprints. This is because there are endless ways to write.
But there are some things that the handwriting does not reveal. Firstly, one cannot exactly tell the age of the person, however the age group can be guessed. Secondly, one cannot tell the sex, although masculine and feminine characteristics can be revealed. There are many other things that cannot be told using handwriting samples, such as one’s religion, race and even left or right-handedness.
To start analysis of handwriting that is known as Graphology, ask a person to write something without giving prior information to him/her that the handwriting is going to be analyzed. Try to use a white paper. If white paper is not available, then you can use a lined paper. But ask to write against the lines. A pen or pencil would suffice, however the former one is preferable. Ask to write whatever comes in mind at that time. Do not analyze a sample written on envelopes, because they are or can be deliberately changed. A signature can also be analyzed, but only signature would not suffice. It must be followed by some other handwriting samples. Look for slant, size, speed, pressure, capital and small letters, line of writing, strokes, style, margins etc. The analysis based only upon the sample taken at a particular time will reveal about that person based on that situation only.
A video based on Caligraphy that I found a while ago looks really good the final peice.
